As per last year position it seems very difficult to get MBBS in these colleges. But there may be changes in the number of students in the All India Quata, who may be excluded from the state list. Hence a final chance can not be predicted now. See the last rank table given in this portal.

Considering last year position, the chance to get admission with this rank appears to be dim. But in Kerala the state govt counselling has not yet started. So some students (with higher rank in kerala entrance) may be keeping out from Cusat. With this situation possibility cannot be ruled out hundred per cent. Hence wait. The counselling is sheduled to begin on 18th of July. Wish you best of luck.

You can join their foundation course after +2. Normally there are three stages for studying Company Scretaryship, namely Foundation Programme,Executive Programme and the Professional Programme. Those who have passed out plus two have to undergo these three courses to become a professional CS. If you join after graduation you need to undergo only two couses ie; the latter two. If he is doing +2 with PCM he is eligible to apply for Engg. entrance exam. By electronics and telecommunications do you mean the popular Electrical and Communications? If it is, don't worry, it is the highly demanded engg. course now.
