You can go for 3 year Diploma in Engineering based on Class X marks and then try for admission to 3rd semester of an Engineering course thriugh Lateral entry.

Both have plenty of opportunities if you are employable. You cannot say whcih out of the two is better.
has the phase one of the central counselling (all india engineering entrance examination) taken into consideration the castewise reservattion ,that is , the 27% obc reservation

The last rank details of 2007 are available in this portal itself. You can make an assessment based on it. There are two govt supported Medical Colleges also where 50% seats are being allotted as per Govt fees.

Details of admissions there in previous years are not available. You have to attend the seat allotment and see the chances. Anyway Integrated courses lead to Post Graduation and the chances for employment is as that for any Post Graduate.

Trial allotment is not the actual allotment. It is only to guide the candidates. They can modify the options if necessary based on the results of trail allotment. You need not pay fee for the allotment received in the trial allotment.

Go through the last ranks of 2007 and see in which college, SM seats got filled up first. That should give some indication of the preference shown by candidates for different colleges. .

You can only make an assessment based on last ranks of 2007. All branches are good if you can do well in the branch you have selected.
