sir, kindly consider my question even if this is very silly sir i am in a dillemma sir there is every possibility that i may get into SCT but still i have a chance to get into nit srinagar or agartala sir what aould be a better choice i have already seen the top colleges list and i understand that SCT comes above these colleges but which should be a better choice without considering the college position in top colleges

There is nothing wrong in your decision. You can select SCT. But is it sure? So also NIT?
i attempted kerala cee and got the rank 1814.also i got 22246 rank in aiee exam.what i want to do for getting a seat in the all india quota?
what is ment by govt. of india nominee???

For being considered for admission based on AIEEE rank, you have to attend the ongoing counselling being held at NIT Kozhikode, as per your rank. The schedule is available at http://www.nitc.ac.in/nitc/admission/btech/PRESSRELEASEcounselling_scheduleUG08_21_06_08.pdf For being considered for allotment by CEE, you have to register options before 10 am on 14.7.2008. Visit www.cee-kerala.org for details. Nomination seats are the seats filled by Government of India/Govt of States/Union Territories etc.
sir,my rank is 26269 in kerala cee .our allotment has started .so sir is ther any chance for me for getting govt seat or govt seat in private colleges?
one more question sir ,in online allotment process two type of seats are there in some colleges like sree chitra college ,model etc in govt will not get so will i get seat in management there ?

Did you go through the Colleges & Seats link in this portal ? There you can find answer to your doubts. The following is taken from it.

"In Government/University supported Self- financing Colleges, 50% seats would be allotted by the CEE as Government Quota seats as per the mandatory reservation principles. In Engineering colleges where Special reservation seats have been identified for XS, SD, DK, CC categories, the seats remaining after setting apart such seats would be allotted as per mandatory reservations. Of the remaining 50 % seats, 35% would be allotted as Management seats by the CEE in all such colleges except SCT College of Engineering where only 25% seats would be allotted as Management seats by the CEE. All such seats would be allotted under Merit category."
My Cusat CAT 2008 rank is 6507.I have LC reservation(Rank 51).Is there any possibility for me to get admission for B.Tech Computer Science

LAst ranks of previous years are not published. Since you have reservation, you will have a better chance than a General candidate. Take part in the seat allotment.

Anybody can find out this from the Last Ranks of last year. Anyway ,since you ask for this repeatedly, note down these colleges. College of Engg, TVM, Govt Engg college, Trissur, TKM College,Kollam,MA College,Kothamangalam. Besides these there are good colleges in private self financing colleges also which offer ME.
Is there any state in south india which has minimum eligibility for B.E/B.Tech is 45% for maths and 50% aggregate marks for science subjects?

There may be since the AICTE gudielines prescribe only a pass in the Qualifying examination, for admission to BE/B.Tech courses. Eligibility for Allotments through AIEEE rank is as folows as per AIEEE Prospectus- "The minimum academic qualification for admission through AIEEE is a pass in the final examination of 10+2 (Class XII) or its equivalent referred to as the qualifying examination"
PLEASE REPLY SIR.Iam in utter confusion whether to choose EE or EC.Kindly say which has more scope now and in future.Please list the jobs i get when i pursue EE and EC.

Both courses are more or less same,as far as job potential is considered. In both cases you will be getting good jobs in IT companies,provided you satisfy their skill rquirements. Hence,don't hesitate. You can opt either EC or EE or both.
I am doing 6th semester MCA from MG university distant education center at trivandrum. My scores are

56 % for first sem
63% for sec,
66 %for third and 65 for 4th.

I would like to know whether i will pass the MCA because of my 56% in first sem . Is it necessary to score above 60% in all sem for pass. ?

The rules for a pass in an examination varies from University to University. You have to contact the Academic Section of the University to get a clear picture on the matter.
Is it good to do marine engineering from Cusat? I have been told that the education in Cusat isn't that good. And are there opportunities for nice jobs after doing marine in Cusat. Thanx in advance

You try to get information on the past records of students who have done marine egngineering at CUSAT and take a decision. Any way CUSAT is a reputed Universtiy.
I HAV 60 % MARK FOR SCIENCE SUBJECT. BUT 47% ONLY FOR MATHS. DID I GET ADMISSION TO ENGINEERING IN MANAGEMENT SEATS IN KERALA.

You should ,have 50% makrs in Mathematics for admission to B.Tech even if it is in Managment quota.
