can u tell me how many options can be given while applying for proffesional course.

You can give as many options as there are in your home page. If there are 400 options in your page, you can register all the 400, if you desire so. You can restrict it to even 1 if you desire so. In short it can be any number betwen 1 and 400 if there are 400 options. This is the choice of the candidate.

Repeating to get a better rank for Engineering is not desirable since there is no guarantee that you can do better next time. Morevoer, thousands of Engineering students complete the course every year. so you are going to be behind them by the time you complete the course after repeating. So think again before deciding to repeat. Any how you have to decide.

It is true that a good B.Tech can fetch you a good job on completion of the course. If you take MSc, you may have to clear NET or go for MPhil/Ph.D before you can get a good job in the teaching or reserch field. you have to identify your taste-Engineering or MSc?. You try to identify your desire and do accordingly since you are the person to study.
