There are 3 Govt Dental Colleges and one Govt supported Dental College. You can give option to that Govt supported Dental Colleges also as there are Govt seats there as well s management seats with higher fee. Give high fee option only if the fee is affordable by you. At 5 and 6 you have given mangement seats in MBBS -It should be in Govt supported colleges. Why have you not given in Govt seats in these colleges where the fee is lowf? About the option you are likley to get, nothing can be said now. Wait for trial allotment.

You can exercise only one choice using the number 1. If you want to exercise CS in different collges, you will have to do so by using different numbers starting from 1. So if there are 10 CS options you wish to register, they have to be registerd by using numbers 1,2,3...,10 based on your priority. Then if you go for ME, regsiter them using numbers 11,12,.... In short, a number can be used only once. You can also mix CS and ME options as per your priority and register. You can go for CS in reputed colleges (may be by using 1,2,3,4,5-if 5 choices are to be given)and then register ME in reputed collgeges (using nos 6,7,8-if you wish to register 3 of them), come back to CS and register using numbers 9,10, etc and so on). Hope it is clear. Once you do all these, see if it has come out correctly as per your desire by going to the bottom of the page or taking a print out.
