420 is the number as per the data available in the CAP site. 150 seats at ALP, TCR and KTM have been taken into consideration.
to which engineering colleges do we get admission from cusat entrance?altogether how many seats are available?

Based on CUSAT Entrace, admissions are made to School of Engineering,Thrikkakara and Cochin University College of Engineering, Kuttanad, Pulinkunnoo,Alappuzha. You have to attend the allotment and see the possibility of admission since th scheme of admission of 2008 is quite different from that of 2007.
SIR, IN AIPMT COUNSELLING IT IS MENTIONED THAT "Counseling for Rank Nos UR 1527 onwards and SC-331 to SC-521 will be held as per the 2200 Point Reservation Roster" WHAT IS MEANT BY THIS RESERVATION ROSTER ?

Sir,
I Have a few questions.
I secured a rank 4112 and was alloted in munnar.The last Rank In Adoor is 4011 for cs.Do I have a good chance in getting into adoor or chengannur in the 2nd allotment??
How are the colleges of adoor and chengannur in terms of placement,studies etc??

Will there be a large difference in the 2nd allotment in terms of the last rank??
for eg.is it likely 4 a 3000 last rank to become 4000??

You can assess the demand for the two colleges by looking at the last ranks. Changes in last ranks will be there in the second allotment. But the extent of change cannot be predicted. So also your chance for movement since it depends on the options of candidates having higher ranks than you.
I'm passed diploma E&C with distinction and now working in reliance as FEO in kochi, i wish to do b.tech without affecting my job can u help me??

BTech courses through distance education are conducted by IGNOU, Thapar University etc. for employed people. Please look into those.

Yes. You can when the facility is activated, but before the closing time for the facility.
