Migration certiifcate is to be given to to the University/Board when you join a course there from a different University /Board. For example, the Migration certiifcate received from CBSE after completing Class XII will have to be given in the University concerned when you join a degree course there.

Eligibility certificate is issued by the University stating that the Degree of another University is equivalent to a particular Degree of that University and that the candidate is eligible for admission to a course with that degree. Both are for specific purposes and hence there is no validity factor coming into picture.
Sir ,
as of the media reports it is said that we want to join the colleges before 18th .but there is no official report regarding this . If i wait for the official announcement and not join the college that i was alloted for , will my allotment be cancelled by the college management ?

The CEE has given you allotment. So the CEE has the responsibility to protect your allotment.

i want to know whether if the court(sc) nullifies the agreement b/w govt and management asso. there will be a reallotment and if there is a reallotment will it be entirely different from the first allotment.

will the vacancies in state merit for mbbs in 5 medical colleges be available forstate merit candidates alone

Need not be. If candidates admitted under reservation becomes eligible to move to Merit seats, the resulting vacancies may be in reservation category.

I have got allotment in a private self-financing engg, college, should I take admission there as the associaton has said that they wont admit anybody after 18th?

You have to go by the direction of the CEE, if the CEE has allotted you.
today also they hav publised in the paper abt admission b4 17th and startin classes on 18th .... wat we hav to do with it???

Sir, I got allotment in a private self financing college for CS. From mathrubhumi paper I got the information that students alloted to private self financing colleges are supposed to join before 17th of August. But there is no official announcement in this regard. So kindly pls tell me whether I should join the college or not. Plzzzzzzzzz do help me sir.
