As per the notiifcation dated 17th July, of the CEE , it will be after the second allotment.
as per the current situation,everything seems to be really confusing.the media has balooned tis issue into sumthng huge.well, the college officials say, v r 2 join n te cee is sayng 2 wait until an announcement.both of tese suggestions r quite contradictory. sir, wat r we supposed to do?why is it that te cee keeps on being inefficient year after year.hoping to get ur reply soon,sir.

AS the allotment is given by CEE, it would only be appropriate to go by the directions of CEE. The silence of the CEE on this matter is causing concern to many, it is understood. But then such a situation is not new to Kerala. Hope the silence will be broken soon.
sir,
i got 1st allotment in a private engineering college(remmited fees in SBT).before 1 week,college authorities informed that I have to join the college after 2nd allotment.Now they informed us to join before 17th aug.I had given higher option in thrissur eng. college. If i join now will I be considered for higher option in 2nd allotment? What should i do? Do i have to join now? Will I lose my seat if I will not join now?

It is for the CEE to have given clarification on the matter. As the allotment is by CEE, you have to go by the directions of the CEE. You may try to contact the CEE office to get a clarification.
I got Engg admission thru CEE 1st Allotment in a self financing college. The college is asking me to join next week and give a written undertaking that I will not accept 2nd allotment. Is this legal?

Seems to be illegal. Your plight can be understood. When the Government machinary is silent, you have to take up the issue with other competent authorities. You may represent your issue with the Admission regulatory Committee.

CEE has asked the students to join the college after second allotment. It stands now also since there in no instruction from the CEE office otherwise.

No announcement from CEE so far. Wait.
When can we expect 2nd allotment and how much rank is expected to change ( Is it will be lower or higher than last year). Many says this many colleges added seats and chance is better this year. However found that rank of first allot ment is heigher than previous years. Now tottally confused and so nervous too. Your expert advice please please

Be calm and cool. Do not get tensed since this sort of situation is now usual in Kerala. There is no word from CEE about the 2nd allotment. It is certain that the last ranks would come down after the next allotment, but one cannot predict the extent.
why don't obc quota get proper mbbs seats?

Graduates can go for MA/MSc Criminology, Science Grduates for MSc in Foresnic Science at LOK NAYAK JAYAPRAKASH NARAYAN NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF CRIMINOLOGY AND FORENSIC SCIENCE, Outer Ring Road, Rohini ,Sec-III, Delhi -110085. Diploma courses are also available.

The position has been clarified in this portal. If CEE has given the allotment, you should go by the directions of the CEE which is the proper course of action. Now it is for you take a decision. Let us hope that CEE/Government clarifies the matter at the earliest.
