i got alloted to a pvt self financing college. The engineering college management has said that If we do not join the college before 17th , the management will allot students to that seat . Is it legal ? you said that the CEE has the responsibility to protect my allotment .sir ,how can the cee protect the allotments because the government has itself violated the agreement with the engineering management ? please do reply

I hav got allotment in Nehru collge o engg, Trissur. They had called me last friday and asked me to join the college on 13th Aug and they said that we hav to join the college else they wud give a report that the student has not joind and this will forefeit my claim for the alloted seat in future, Sir is it true and legal???
I called the CEE office and there was no response from the office the phone is akways busy. Wat shud i do sir??

I have got allotment via 1st allotment in private self-financing engg. college, the college has asked to join the college before 18th & has asked to sign an agreeement to cancel 2nd allotment. What should I do ? Should I wait for CEE anouncement for 2nd allotment, if I do that & dont get higher option, Will I lose my current allotement also? , & therefore end up getting admission nowhere as managements have said they wont give admission to anybody after 18th.

RECENTLY THERE WAS NEWS ITEM IN EDUCATION-MATHRUBHUMI THAT THE ICFAI COURSES ARE NOT RECOGNISED BY THE AICTE. IS THE MBA BEING IMPARTED THROUGH ICFAI IS RECOGNISED BY THE GOVERNMENT. AN EARLY REPLY IS SOLICITED.

i have got allotment in aieee at nit trichy and i didn't join the college i want to cancel my allotment. should i cancel my allotment for refund or they will send me back the initial amount deposited.

I got allotment(first) in College of Engg. Pathanamttitta, Kalooppara govt.self financed college.When I called to Vidya engg.college They asked me to get admission in respective college before 18 of august. Why is it so? Should I go to that college to get admission?

i got allotment in a self financing engg college.the news reports made me to make a call to my college and they asked me to join the college on 14th with all necessary datas.and they told that i can not go for higher option also.i have to cancel my options when facility is available.but sir i would like to go for higher option.if i won't join the college means they won't allow me to join after 17th.and that seat will b given to someone in the management waiting list.(can they do so?)as far as the news reports concerned i will lose my seat if i won't join the college.sir u told to go as cee directs.can cee assure any guaranty to my seat?sir i want a strong and detailed answer.if cee can, means i can wait for the 2nd allotment othrwise i have to join the college.cee is not even answering the call also.plzz help me sir.......

In the first round allotment process i am alloted to MCK,Pathanamthitta.Is there any problem to join into that college before the date announced by managements?Wheather i will be considered for the second round allotment?What can i do?

It's told by the managment that alloted students hav 2 take admission before 17th aug but CEE/govt had not made any announcement......and when i tried 2 make calls to CEE office ,the number is busy/they r not accepting calls....
why the situation is like this sir?
is there any chance 4 setlling this before 17?
or we loose the seat...
