sir
i got allotment in a govt controlled self financing college in management seat by cee. i am satisfied by my allotment. so i want to cancel all higher options. but when i logged in to the cee site i see that my college & that branch is in the list. do there any problem by cancelling all the higher option including my college?

Since you have received allotment in govt controlled self financing college that seat will be safe, provided you have paid the fees. As such you can cancell your options if you want. Even otherwise no problem. This is going to be the first allotment. Better retain the options there.

You can register fresh options and try your luck.
sir can i add those colleges vich i hve not included in my 1st allotment or shud i only deal vit those colleges vich lies above my presently admitted college....my rank is 17046 n due to my carelessness i hve got AU..n i wish 2 get ME... i hve juz 6 colleges hvin ME as my higher option.. according to allotment of 2007 i hve got a chance to fulfill my wish... vil diz years allotment b sumvat like previous years....

No assurance can be given as to whether this allotment will be like that of previous year. The chance for that is very remote. Just forget about what you have done for this year's first allotment. Register fresh options and try your luck. This is going to be the first allotment as far as engg.courses are concerned.
sir,according to the 1st allottment I have got admission in KTM med college for MBBS and I wish to cancel my higher option.Is it possible now?

If you are satified with the present admission, you can delete higher options. Think and act accordingly.
sir,i would like to know whether i can give options in the second allotment to those colleges which were there in the first allotment but where i didn't give options in the first allotment.how many new pvt.engineering colleges are there in the second allotment?

You can give fresh options or add more options or even delete options now. This is actually going to be the first allotment except in the case of govt medical colleges.
sir I got 1st allotment for EEE in adishankara..but today the allotment is show as "you have no allotment"...I had not yet joined the college...plz replay

Don't worry. Your admission will be safe if you have remitted the fees as per the first allotment.

I hope I would get allotted for MBBS if it's the fee recommended by the fee regulatory committee and I won't if it's Rs.45000/.Suppose I get allotted to one of the self financing colleges and if the Supreme Court approves the agreement b/w the colleges and the govt. ,then will I have to pay the fees on 28th and get admitted to the college and attend the class on 5th or will they cancel this drama like 2nd allotment before that?In that case will there be any fresh allotment or in case I get allotted to Pariyaram or Cochin for management seat will I have to pay Rs.5lakh?Also I would like to know if the court is only going to hear the case on 19 th or will the order come on the same day?And didn't the fee regulatory committee recommend revised fee structure for BDS and BAMS? If yes ,how much is it?(it is not available in my home page since I had saved those options during the 1st allotment ). Why doesn't the CEE understand the plight of the students? Kindly do answer to my questions.I am totally confused.

Your question is related to the case in Supreme Court which is posted for 19th of this month. It is believed that a final decision will be delivered by the court on that date itself. But we are not sure what the judges will do. Even the CEE is not sure of fee. Let us be optimistic. CEE knows well about the plight of students. But they are helpless when everything goes to court.

I have alloted to IT engineering in Thallessery Engineering collage in managment seat paying 65000 in first allotmant. Sir my father's anual income is below 25,000. Sir there for there will be any fees deduction for me. If there what should I must do for it. Pls reply Sir

Before the Supreme Court takes any decision how can we answer this question? Wait till 19th August.

I didnot get any answers for my previous questions.I have got allotment for govt homeopathical college in 1st round allotment.Now newspapers say that we can rearrange or delete options.I dont want to get admission for homeopathy so can we delete it and change the options below the alloted one. Will it be considered for second allotment? Is it true that first allotment has been cancelled and is this a fresh option registration? .plz answer as soon as possible. we are really confused with these matters

What you have heared is true. The first allotment stands cancelled except in the case of govt medical colleges. You can register fresh options or delete the existing ones, as you like. This is going to be the first allotment.

In the cee website when i checked i get a message "Sorry, You Have No Allotment Now". Please Refer Last Rank Details .but i have been allotted to adi shankara for EEE in the 1st allotement and i payed the fee 30750 .when i entered into the option marking page i saw all the 87 option i registered.does it mean that i lost my allotment due to some technical errors of cee.please answer sir i am terribly frightened.

No, no. It is not due to any technical error. Following the High Court order of 23rd July, the Medical fees is revised according to Muhammed Committee recommendations. Hence what is being done now is option regn for first allotment. Give your options and try your luck once again. This may be the first and final allotment as far as private self financing engg.colleges are concerned. You can add fresh options. If you get a seat in govt controlled self financing engg.college in the merit quota the fee will be only Rs.6200/-. In that case you will get back the excess amount you have paid.
