Request for Non creamy layer certificate can be made through Akshaya centres. Separate application for income certificate can also made at there.You have to submit the proof for caste, income and job details of parents,land details etc. along with the application.

My daughter who is hearing impaired (100% as per medical board certificate) and is a cochlear implantee, is appearing Plus 2 exam in March 2019 & wish to apply for KEAM 2019. Is she eligible for admission for Engineering (IT) course? Does she get approval from State Medical Board for entrance? Please mention other courses suitable for her.

During entrance examination , candidates with implants will not be permitted in the examination hall as per the protocol.But without implant she can appear in entrance.The suitability of the course will be decided by the state medical board constituted specifically for the purpose with the Entrance Commissioner as the chairman if the candidate is claiming Physically Disabled quota for the undergraduate professional courses. Try for arts and science courses.

If the parents and candidate are either person of Indian Origin (PIO) or Overseas citizen of India (OCI) , then the candidate can claim merit seats in medical colleges of Kerala as parents are native of Kerala.The candidate will not get any reservation or fee concession benefit .

Village officer is issuing non creamy layer certificate based on your request in a prescribed format.The format of request will be available in AKSHAYA centres. The caste of the applicant and an endorsement regarding non inclusion in creamy layer will be included in the certificate.
