I hav got 4903 in KEAM and got CS in Perumon college in Ist allotment. Does the change fee structure will affect me?
Also last rank for EC in the same college was around 4500. Is there any chance for me to get tht in the comming allotment? Last year it was around 7000 for EC in Perumon.

As things stand now, there is no allotment to Engineering. It is going to be done all again. So wait and see.

thank you for the reply sir.i've 1 more question.i've checked the last rank details of keam 2007.So many students those who have rank above 20,000 had got allotment in tvm pvt self financing colleges.Is there any possibility to get allotment in tvm?

If the trends of 2007 continue as such this year also, you may get an allotment. But remember that there is a change in fee structure for Engg in 2008 as compared to 2007. This can affect the last allotments. Be optimistic.

I wish to ask you few doubts.
1.From where the selection will be made by the private managements who have signed agreement with the Govt either from the CEE rank list or from the exam conducted by the managements?
2.In centralised allotment process if the seats are vacant in reservation category will it be converted into open merit?
3.Is there any advantage for those who have given income certificate below 2.5 lakhs if they get allotment in management seats?

1. SC has permitted the managemets to proceed with the admission process they have begun.

.2. Vacant seats will be filled up as per the prospectus conditions. See Clause 5.5 of the Prospectus 2008 for details.

3. As of now, no benefit/concession has been announced.

Rajagiri is not included in the CEE allotment now. But demand wise, the college was a better preferred one in CEE allotment, as per last ranks.

please answer my question even if it is answered earlier .
I am alloted to pvt. self financing college in the engineering stream . I am satisfied with this allotment . I have remitted the fees (30,750) . Now should i need to pay the fees recommended by the mohd. commitee ? If so, what is the amount ? Is there any caution deposit or any other fees that i should pay ?

In effect, the first allotment does not exist now except for MBBS in Govt Medical Colleges. So, you have to go through the option process now as per the latest notification of the CEE. Include the options as done in the first round including the one you got first. If you get the allotment with the same fee, you need not pay any amount. Caution deposit will have to be paid at the time of admission in college. It will be Rs.10,000/-

This depends among other things, your capacity to pay the fee. If you prefer to stay close to your house, LBS Ksd will be a better choice. The difference in fee is almost 55000 per year. So take a decision by considering all these. If you are very particular about college, go for SCT.

My son got allotment previously in Calicut engineering college for Chemical. Now as per the latest notification again gave option. My son prefer to go for Mechanical Engg. His rank in KEE is 5675 (General category). Higher option given as below
NSS plghat- Mechanical
RIT-Mechnical
Adoor-Govt seat-Mechanical
Chemical-Trichur
Calicut-Chemical ( Alloted previously)
any Chance this year to get Mechanical. Seems need better rank this year

A picture of the possibilities will emrege only after the first round of admissions. So you may have to wait for some time. Anyway as per the rank, your son can expect a good allotment.

i wish to get some branch in CET. i have a rank of 4068. do i have any chance as now , it has been reported that there are over 5000 vacancies. i have given CET as my first preference

Give options to CET and Wait for the allotment. No admissions have taken place so far for Engg to assess the vacancies.

My rank in eng entrance is 19792.i'm in the MU category.my rank in the category list is 2833.i registered 275 options ang i got 153th option (i,e;tkm ezhukone food technology)in the 1st allotment and i remitted fee also but it is cancelled.i want to get the 8th option i,e;MG colg for cs or any colgs in tvm for the govt seat.is it possible in the 2nd allotment .i'm very much tensed .i don't want to go distant places.pls advice

If you are not interested in moving out of TVM, your options to colleges around TVM should be at the top of the option list. But there is no guarantee that you will get them. As long as they remain at the top, you have chances to come to TVM, but subject to your eligibility. The chance of allotment to TVM colleges cannot be predicted now.
