TC can be obtained only from the Institution where you studied. So contact the office of the Institution and get the TC after completing the foramtlities for obtaining it.

i got allotment in first allotment (17 july) and i paid Rs 30750. If my fees in todays allotment is Rs 6200 whether i want to pay the fees

No. The amount already paid will be adjusted to this allotment. The balance amount due to you will be returnede to you from CEE office on closing of admissions for the year.

Yes. See clause 13.3. of the Prospectus 2008.

This is not available now officially. Moreover, comparisons may not be meaningful since the fee structure of 2007 and 2008 are different.

No. You need not remit any amount if you get an allotment with the same fee.
