You have to take up this issue with the office of the CEE.
I have submitted willingness to admit for BDS course in Pushpagiri. But I am expecting BDS course through CEE allotment itself in 3rd round. Is there any problem if I am not joining in Pushpagiri if I get seat in any other SF college with less fee? Are we going to have 3rd round allotment before Pushpagiri allotment?

This issue has to be taken up directly with the office of the CEE since the allotment to Pushpagiri is not part of the general allotment of CEE.

As of now, there is no announcement from the Government regarding the inclusion of the Plus TWo marks also for ranking in the entrance examination. If you feel that you can improve your rank reasonably, then go for repeating. A marginal increase of 1000 or 2000 may not do good and you may be in the same situation as at present. So always remember that there is a risk element in repeating. IF you are not able to do well on a day, that will affect the rank. The terms and conditions of admission may change in the coming year. The difficulty level of question may change from year to year. Candidates are also different . All these factors must be born in mind before decididng to repeat. You should not land up in just losing an year without any meaning ful outcome.
SIR THANK UU FOR ALL THE REPLIES UU HAVE GIVEN. THIS FORUM IS REALLY HELPFUL TO ALL THE STUDENTS.SIR I GOT ADMISSION FOR IT IN TOCH IF I DO MTECH FROM A GOOD COLLEGE WILL I GET CAMPUS SELECTION FROM THAT COLLEGE AND I DON'T LIKE TEACHING PROFESSION SO IS MTECH UNNECCASARY

If you plan to move in the academic/research stream definitely an M.Tech will be much helpful. There are other posts also where MTech can be useful. Campus placements are available after M.Tech also. So do not think that you are doing something unnecessary by taking an M.Tech. Good Luck!
Sir u said we have to wait for sometime to know high court results.why is it that a decision has not been taken even when allotment is published. In the sense is it the delay in case coming up in the court?

As on 31.8.08, there were no orders of the Court to stop allotments. Hence allotments were announced. The Wrti Petition is being taken up again today, it is understood. Only after hearing both parties, an order will be passed by the Court. Such an order can be expected in the coming days. There is no order at present on the WP.
Sir,in the columns u had replied that we have to wait 4 sometime to see high court order on Medical admission fees.I have left my degree course to join Kannur medical college. Now if they still increase the fees,i cannot afford it.Sir its out of anxiety pls tell me if there is any chance that the fees will become 2.5lacs again.Expecting a reply thank you

A Wrti Petition has been filed in the High Court. Notice has been sent to the parties. It is being taken up again today, it is understood. Only after hearing both parties, an order will be passed by the Court. Such an order can be expected in the coming days. There is no order at present to give aspecific answer to the querry. This is why it was specifed that you have to wait for some time. If there is a change in fee structure candidates would have to be given an opportunity to revise thier options.

Except for MBBS/BDS, admissions close by 31.10.2008. Nothing is mentioned specifically about the closing date for Engineering. But generally it is 31st of October.
Kindly inform me whether state merit 762 of MBBS in the MES College,Perinthalmanna included 10% of total seats earmarked for minority students in the second allottment. An eraly reply is expected.

It does not include the minority seats there. It is the last rank under MU category. Under minority there (Code MM), the last rank is 860
( There will be further allotments to all colleges except Private SF Engineering and Nursing Colleges. You can re-arrange your higher options between 5th and 8th Septemebr. You cannot add new options during this period unless there are new courses that were not available for option registration earlier)this is your previous reply for my question.
i would like to know that if private self financing engineering colleges has only two allotments ,then its sure that there will be vacant seats after second allotment...how will these seats fill? pls answer to this..

The allotment done to Private SF Engg Colleges on 31.8.08 is ineffect the first to this category of colleges. Your doubt is genuine. If CEE does not make any more allotments to Private SF Engg Colleges, it would mean that the managemnts concerned would be filling up those seats.
sir,
can we expect major changes in the third phase of allotments in the engineering stream

Changes can be expected. The extent will depend on the non-joining cases.
