It has been observed by the court that the fee now decided by the Fee Regulatory Committee will be subject to the decision of the court in the petition. It is understood that the case would be taken up for further hearing after onam.
As per the 1st allotment list for engg. I have paid Rs.65000/-for mg seat in Govt. controlled sf college.Now I got alloted in a private sf college (Rs.30750) under Govt. seat.Sir, I want to know whether the caution deposit which I ought to pay in the private sf colleger will be adjusted from Rs.65000/-which I had already paid during the first allotment?

Caution deposit will have to paid directly in the college. It will not be adjusted in the amount already paid by you in the account of the CEE. The excess amount there will be refunded to you directly by the office of the CEE on closing of admissions for the year.

my rank in entrance is 25181(eng),i am failed to get admission in 2 allotement also.i have given option for management seats in govt college,can i expect wheather i will be consider for 3
allotement please do me a reply

If options are there in your home page, you will be considered for all allotments. Your allotment however will be subject to your eligibility for admissions-your rank, reservations, options, availability of seats etc.
Sir, I have got admission in TKM College Ezhukon and paid my fee in SBT. I want to cancel this allotment and refund my fee. Is it necessary to fill up the cancellation form and get it sign from the Principal of TKM? If I am not joined in the college and not sending the cancellation form, will they refund the money? Is it compelsorily that the cancellation form to be signed by the principal of TKM?

Since you have not joined the college, you need not forward it through the Principal. As per the foramt, "Request for cancellation of allotment prior to joining the colleges shall be submitted directly to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations)". So do it that way. The amount remitted will be refunded on closing of admissions

how many allotments left in KEAM........ is there a third allotment to medical courses......?
can the students who did not get alloted in the 2nd allotment try for the 3rd....will 2880 SM students be taken into allotment considerations...as MBBS/BDS eligibility says gen. category=2880,...can we be confident that we will get a seat in the forthcoming allotment....i am very very confused...please help me out....Thank You.....

All eligible candidates will considered for re-allotments subject to the options, reservation benefits etc. But there is no guarantee that you will get a seat because it depends on a number of factors. The number of allotments to be held in not announced.

which course is better in terms of job opportunities-BDS or BAMS?i heard that it is difficult to get a govt job after completing BDS.

Each stream has its relevance and importance. As per the preference of candidates, BDS is preferred over BAMS generally. Opportunities for Government jobs is there for BDS as well as BAMS Degree holders. But generally, government jobs are few compared to private jobs, these days. Sine you aquire a professional qualification, you can practice on your own. It is the taste and the will power that matters.
If the student has got seat in same college in same stream in both allotments and have joined in the college as per first allotment should he have admission again as per second allotment

The allotment of 31.8.08 is the official allotment based on which candidates have to join the colleges concerned. But if you have already joined, it may not be a problem. But ensure that your name comes in the list of canddiates admitted by the college based on allotment of CEE.
I have got admisssion in pariyaram medical college for MBBS in first allotment and I have joined in the college on july 28.I got an admission memo from the college.In the second allotment,I got seat for MBBS in pariyaram medical college itself.Should I go to the college between sept 3 & 4 and have another admission as per second allotment? Or go to college on the date in which class starts with the admission memo I already got?

Thankyou for you previous reply.Presently I have got a seat for BAMS in govt college,ollur.I opt for a BDS seat. My rank is 3122 which is 152nd rank in backward hindu[BH] category.The last rank for BDS in BH quota is 2951(143 in BH category).Will i get BDS in the third allotment?
