None of these can be confirmed now. The re-allotment prospects depends on vacancies and other factors. The issue related to fee is before the court. We have to wait for the decision.

You are not giving higher options. It is that which is available in your home page after each allotment.. You can re-arrange it, delete partially or fully the higher options depending on your decision on further allotments.

Regarding the College, you will have to enquire with present/old students/staff of the college. The last few years have seen the maximum number of job aspirants getting placements in the IT sector. It continues today also although some restrictions have come regarding recruitments, which can be only a temporary phenomenon. So computer Science graduates are still wanted.

For applying for the CS Examination, "the candidate must hold a degree of any of Universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University Under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification.". You have to choose one subject from the 23 listed, for the Preliminary. For final any two subjects to be selected from the list of the optional subjects with some restrictions on combination of subjects. So you can write the exam by deciding on the subject as per availability.
