If the placement programme is arranged exclusively for the students of a particular college, only students of that college are permitted to participate. But there are placement programmes arranged for group of colleges in which students of the constituent colleges of the group will be permitted. There are placement drives arranged by agencies which are open to students of any college.
We have 3 more higher options in KEAM.ie. TVM,TKM AND THRISSUR.iF ALLOTED we are ready to accept it. so if we are not cancelling the higher options and if we didnot got the next allotment will it automaticaly cancell after closijg of allotement.

If you do not get an allotment in the next round to any of the the higher options, they will be considered for the round after that if there is one and you do not cancel them then within the stipulated time. If options remain in the Home page on closing of allotments, they will naturally lapse on closing of allotments. Architecture course at MES has been in existence for some time as compared to that in TCR, where it was started recently.
Respected Sir,
I heard that students who got allotment in pvt.engg colleges cannot retain their higher option as the management got special permission from Hon.Education Minister. Also the delay for option rearrangement was to avoid all those students who got allotment in pvt engg colleges???is this true??????
sir,pls reply......

If the notification of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations can be believed, a candidate in the rank list of the CEE has the right to give options to a college to which CEE is allotting candidates, subject to eligibility. If the facility is there in your Home Page, option can be given. We can go only by the official versions and not by paper reports. Regarding the delay in the activation of option registration, there is no official clarification so far.
Dear sir ,
.www.cee-kerala.org/ has not given the option rearrangement link to its portal till date.Mathrubhumi portal helped me to see the link.

This link is already given in the CEE portal, but not as a user friendly manner. Notification in pdf format carries this. But we have given it as a separate button. Happy to hear that it was of use to you. Maintain the relationship.
Is MCA equivalent to BTech and is there any difference in salary and job.

MCA is not equivalent ot B.Tech. MCA is a three year course after a Degree course while B.Tech is a 4-year course after Plus Two. The subject content may not differ much . Regarding the salary and job, it depends from firm to firm.
Sir, Is EC at Poonjar better than EC at Aatingal? The former came into being in 2000 whereas the latter in 2000. There is no website for the latter as well. As a result I am not able to know about the hostel facility and the placements. I am very confused. Please help.

As per last ranks of EC, CEA is preferred to PJR by candidates in SM category. You may have top contact the college for details about the hostel facility. CEA (Attingal) contact details are as follows:
0470-2627400, 0470-2624449, ceattingal@yahoo.com, ceattingal@rediffmail.com.
I have contacted Jawaharlal Engg. College for asking whether my son can give choice for getting admission in Aeronotical Engg. They intimated that once student got admission in any Engg. College, they can not give option for Aero.Engg. Their argument is correct or not. PL answer.

It has AICTE approval as per the information available in the AICTE site. Usually, CEE allots candidates only after the receipt of University affiliation at leat provisionally. So it has to be presumed that the College has University affiliation.
sir,
I got admission for Bpharm in the second allotment.Idid not take the admission in that college ;but Ihave remitted the fee. Will my higher options be considered in the third allotment?

Since you have not joined the college after remittance of fee, your options in the B.Pham stream will not be considered in the next allotment. In your Home Page, these options will not be there. This can be verified by visitng the Home Page.
