As Kollam Azzezia has got approval to take 100 students for MBBS, (50 from KEAM), when will be fourth allotment. If there is no further allotment, how they will take these SM candidates. Kindly answer.

The CEE has announced the last allotment to medical admission. It will be on 27th. Kollam college is not included in that.
SIR,WILL THERE BE ANY FURTHER ALLOTMENT TO MBBS AND BDS COURSES?I HAVE HEARD THAT ADMISSION TO THOSE COURSES IS TO BE COMPLETED BY SEPTEMBER 30TH.IS IT TRUE?

I couldn't complete my pre degree exam in 1993 at calicut university , still one paper balance , possible to write exam again . if it's possible what is the procedure . please advice.

It is doubtful if the University is conducting the Pre-Degree Examination now, which has not been existing for the last so many years. You have to contact the Academic Section of the University to get a clarification on this.

Dear Sir,

My daughter already joined in the Royal College of Eng. Akkikavu, Thrissur, private self finance college, in the Applied Electronics as per KEAM Second Allotment (SC Category).
But now she got the Cusat admission in the BTech - Information Technology Branch (KSC category - Kerala SC).(Her CUSAT Gen Rank: 20061 & SC Category Rank: 193).
Date of joining is 25/09/2008 as per admission memo.
Sir, I would like to know that:

1) Which branch is good for obtaining a good job? (Applied Electronics / Information Technology?) Expect your valuable reply for taking a earliest good decision regarding these problem.

As of now, Applied Electronics is better than IT. At the same time IT at Cusat is better for placement. Think and take an apt decision. If you ask us to tell the suggestion, we will suggest you to select Cusat..

Mechanical is found to be demanding this year. So far as placement is concerned, it is not bad. L&T, Kirloskar, Mahindra & Mahindra are the main employers who srecruit mechanical people. Kirloskar specifically insist on mechanical engineers. There are other employers also. Since, mechanical is a core branch, it will have demand always.

To refund the fees paid what is the last date to cancel the allotment ?

After paying the fees, if you donot join that college, the fees will be refunded to you, without request. But this year some private self financing colleges didn't send the nonjoining report to the CEE. So it will be better if you cancel the allotment. It will take some time to get the amount back, say by November.
