TO APPLY FOR ANY OF ENG: BRANCH IN GOVT: COLLEGE AND SELF FINANCING COLLEGE WHAT RANK I SHOULD GET IN ENTRANCE EXAM

All candidates included in the rank list of Engineering are eligible to opt for any branch in the available seats. Allotment will be based on the rank, reservation benefits etc. To be in the rank list you have to get 10 marks each in the two papers of the entrance Examinations. This is the existing rule.

Admission can be had after Plus Two.Score in JEE of IIT is the basis of admission.Marine Engg courses can also be taken from other Institutes approved by Directorate general of Shipping. See http://www.dgshipping.com/ for the approved Institutes. IGNOU offers B.SC nautical Science Programme. See http://www.ignou.ac.in/
sir, now i am at TKMCE kollam 1st year civil student. is there any way for a mutual tranfer from TKMCE kollam(kerala university) to NSS palakkad(calicut university) in the second year??

There is no provision for mutual transfer. You can apply for a University change when Calicut University invites applications for the same in May/June 2009 when you will enter second year. But this is subject to the availability of vacancies at that college and the allotment will be generally based on the rank in the Entrance. Please see http://www.universityofcalicut.info/services/start.htm

SIR,In 2'nd allotment I got BHMS and in 3'rd allotment I got BDS.But I have'nt refunded from Homeo College. Is there any chance to get my cash back?

The fee for BHMS is lower than that of BDS. So you must have paid the excess fee amount for BDS. So there would be no amount to be refunded on account of fees. So what is the item you are expecting to be refunded?
Sir,
Thank u very much sir for y'r timely reply to my qureies. While I enquired at Azeezia Med college they instructed to contact CEE by 2 pm on 26-09-08. I've contacted CEE office By 3 pm.They told they have no instruction about the 50 % SM seats. I came to know that Azeezia waited up to 3 pm and expecting a development from CEE. Of course the CEE is to obey with the Govt order Dt 28-6-08.But what happened with the Higher Education Dept? That much negligence to tackle the crisis ?

Your anxiety can be understood. It is the anxiety of thousands of students and parents in the state. The Govt knows very well that the deadline for admissions to MBBS/BDS is September 30. It seems CEE has not got any instruction from Government. Let us hope something turns out in the next few hours.
sir

As per information available at CEE site, "All candidates opting Management quota seats (35%) in government controlled self-financing institutions are liable to pay the fee prescribed for such seats. there is no exemption from payment of fee for any reservation category in the management quota seats". So accordingly, it has to be presumed that there would not be fee concession for OEC candidates. However, it would be better if you contact the SC/ST Development Department. in your district and get a clarification.

Since you have got your first option, you cannot hope for a change to any other branch. There is no provision for mutual transfer.
Sir,
Thanks for my queries. As per the seat allotment agreement news through medias, during the Month of June 2008, Kollam Azeezia is also in an agreement with Govt. 50:50. This time how it will be invalid. Govt. has to do something for this allotment.
