There are a few Universities conducting B.Tech through Distance Education. Acharya Nagarjuna University, Hyderabad ( http://www.anucde.com/courses.asp ), Thappar University, Patiala (see http://tiet.ac.in/dde/index.php ) are two of the.
You can also try for AMIE course or IETE courses which are equivalent to B.Tech.

i got admission in a pvt self financing engg collg(govt seat) forCS.my engg rank is 16897.i have EZ reservation.i heard there will b a 4th allotm.is there any chance of getting a seat for CS,EC orCE in govt/govt contr sf collg.if yes pls specify..Is IT a good course than CE/CS.what are its chances.pls do reply...

This cannot be predicted. If the present last rank is very close to yours there is a chance. But since two rounds have been completed, further movements will be limited. IT is more a general course while CS is a more specialised one. Both have chances.
Is there any further allotment for medical courses in Kerala Entrance Medical ?

No. As per the Supreme Court verdict in Mridul Dhar case the last date for the completion of admission to MBBS/BDS in a year in all states is 30th September. So for filling the ST vacancies also the state govt is approaching the SC for special permission. As such, how can be another allotment to these courses?
Sir, I have got EC in Govt eng collage wyd 4 EC under state merit.by going through last ranks after 3rd allotment I have seen that 4 KNR eng col last rank is 3367. I have 3620 as my rank. Please inform me is it advicable to keep my higher option KNR until next allotment completes???

If you are interested in KNR and will move to that college if given an allotment to KNR (you have to if you retain the option) in the next round, there is no harm in retaining the higher option, sine you have nothing to lose even if you do not become eligible. But if you are not interested in that college any more, you must delete it.

My date of birth mentioned in SSLC certificate is wrong. Please can u advice how can i change it to my original date of birth( as per birth certificate from corporation). Kindly give details of the formalities at the earliest

Proposal for alteration of date of birth in SSLC has to be submitted to the Head of the school last attended in the prescribed form that can be obtained from Pareeksha Bhavan Trivandrum. The documents to be submitted includes, Identification certificate from the Village Officer, in Annexure II of the form, Affidavit I in Stamp Paper to be signed in the presence of Notary Public, The birth certificate of the applicant and of brothers/sisters of the applicant, the extract of the admission register from all schools where the candidate has studied, SSLC original of the applicant, statement showing the schools where the applicant has studied, the challan of the remittance made towards the prescribed fee etc. Since rules can change often you have to act as per the instructions in the form obtained from the Pareeksha Bhavan.
sir,i was allotted a seat for mbbs in sree gokulam medical college,trivandrum.we deposited an amount of 34,200 as special fees and 49600 as annual hostel &mess fee.now as per the third allotment i have got admission in kmct medical college,kozhikode.so we have to get our fees refunded.but they didn't give our money back at the time of issuing t.c.we told them that we have to deposit some amount in the college at the time of admission .we went to take our t.c on 23 sept. and college admission was on 24.but they didn't hear to our pleads &didn't give our money back.they said that they will refund it later.at last we struggled a lot for money &had our new admission.now it is heard that they are cutting 25%of the total fees.that is we are going to get back only 62800.i have attended some classes there,but i can't understand how they can take this much amount from us.its heard that in another college they took only 2800&refunded the rest.but here we are less amount.what can i do sir?how can i get the rest amount. please reply as early as possible

You are eligible to get back the amounts you have deposited in the college at the time of admission, on re-allotment by CEE. However, Colleges may take a proportionate amount from it for the period you have studied there. If you feel that the amount withheld by the College is more than what is due, you may first represent to the college authorities, then to the CEE and then to the Admission Supervisory Committee for redressal.

One more allotment is expected for Engineering. You need not give any separate application for getting back the excess fee. The balance amount will be refunded to you directly by the office of CEE by DD/Cheque on closing of admissions for the year. It may take one or two months.
