You can get some information on the procedure for getting duplicate SSLC at http://www.education.kerala.gov.in/SSLC_DupCert_AppForm.pdf . The procedure for THSLC might be the same. Anyhow, your application has to be routed through the school where you studied. They will also help you in this. Otherwise contact the office of the Kerala Board of Public Examinations, Pareeksha Bhawan, Poojappura, Thiruvannanthapuram-695 012

OEC students do not have any reservation. If there are unavailed seats of SC/ST categories, that will be allotted to OEC candidates. Remember that there are no Private Self financing Colleges in the next allotment. Anyhow, give options and wait.
Sir,
I got admission for BPharm in 1st phase allocation. I was waiting for higher option. took admission in calicut, for bpharm. I could not get ahigher option in last allotment also. I did not join the classes as i was looking for other opprtunities. Now i got admission in banglaore for BDS. But the college is asking me for a 50000 as per bond. I have not submitted the bond still. Now how can they do this. The admission process is still not over. So i think they should not be asking for it. Legally since I have not siigned the bond, how can they force me to pay. Give me an answer fast sir.. if it gets delayed my admission in baglore also will be lost.

You may represent your case before the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations or the Admission Regulatory Committee.
Sir,
Thanks for your valuable answers. In Cooperative Medical College, Management Quota Students also given the bond for the Service in Rural areas. If cumpulsory medical service is only for Govt. med. college /self financing Govt. quota students, how can we get it cancelled, as Management Quota students are not supposed to give such bond. Kinldy clarify.

The allotment to Management seats have been done by the CEE or by the Government. That might be the reason why the bond has been insisted. If you have any objection to it, you can first represent your case to the college authorities, then to the Government, and if you feel that you have not received justice, you will have to seek legal remedy.
If a candidate who got admitted in CS in last allotment gets EC in higher allotment in the same college, whether he needs to take a new admission or just give the college the higher option report.what is the procedure for it.

If there is a branch change in the same college, you must ensure that your name is included in the appropriate branch as per the latest allotment. For example if you change from CS to EC, you must ensure that the admission data of the college is updated in the office of the college where you are studying, in the EC category and reported to CEE.

As of now, the last date has not been postponed. It stands as 31.10.2008. If you have higher options, there is a chance for a change in course or college in the next allotment. That may be one reason why the college authorities are not forwarding the application. There is some justification for their stand also. Why not you represent your case to the Director of Collegiate Education?

Admissions to a Medical College is not something that has to be done confidentially. A number of Regulatory bodies as well as Government of the state and the central government are involved in the process of giving permission to start a course in a college. The authorities ought to give wide publicity before making any admissions. It seems none of these things has happened so far in this case. The normal deadline for admitting candidates is 30th September. That date having elapsed, the college can admit candidates (if they have not done it within the deadline) only after getting the permission of the Supreme Court, it is understood.

The Next allotment activities commence on 16th morning at 10 am. Your rank is almost 800 ranks below the last admitted rank at Trissur. Anyway keep your option live.
