Admissions for 2008 have been closed. Accounts of fee collected from students have to be settled with the colleges. The refund to candidates will also have to be given. It naturally will involve some time or rather weeks to do the entire activity. It involves thousands of candidates and hence has to be done with utmost care. So please give some time to the office of the CEE to settle the accounts. You can expect the refund soon. If you do not get it in a reasonable time, say by December firat week, contact the CEEs office. You need not give any application for it.

Dear Sir,
My son is now doing +2 in KSA and would like to join Engineering course in any reputed institution in kerala. We cannot afford to apply for NRI quota as the fees is very high and we would like to Apply in OBC quota. He will write all kerala Engineering entrance examination. But if selected we do not have a Ration card to prove income .. My annual income is less than 300,000 rupees yearly
During last vacation we try to apply for a ration card. But according to supply office it is not possible always and can be only applied only when they invite new application including a photo session. to make photos with hologram from authorities. So being in Gulf it is difficult for us to know the time of announcement to participate.
What are the documents accepted to prove income and OBC status in the absence of ration card.
Awaiting for your kind advice.

For admission to Professional Degree Courses, Kerala, Income certificate has to be submitted in the application from itself, from Revenue authorities in Kerala- from Village Officer. This is the only accepted document as of now for proof of income. Income shown in Ration Card is not accepted.
I now at adoor engg. college(first year). Next I want to join in a private engg college in Calicut university. Can I make a transfer from CUSAT to Calicut university? If yes what are the conditions ? If I cannot ,can I make a transfer to Rajagiri Engg. College?

Transfer is usually given (subject to availability of vacancies) from one category of colleges to the same category of colleges and identical type of seats. College of Engg Adoor and the colleges you have mentioned are different type of colleges. One is a Govt supported College while other is a private self financing College. Moreover, no allotment was made by CEE to Rajagiri this year. So, this may not be possible. Anyhow, contact the Academic Section of the University concerned.
when will I get the refund of excess fees paid to KEAM engineering course.
