Generally degrees recognised by one of the Universities in Kerala is approved by the PSC. Regarding the recognition by other Universities, it may not be generally true. The Degree recognised by one University need not be recognised by another for higher studies. There can be exceptions also. So this has to be ascertained from the University where you are planning to undergo higher studies.

For improving your skills in English language, the best thing is to read articles in English in newspapers. You can read the editorials, letters to editor and other general articles. This will certainly improve your command over the language as far as communication through writing is concerned. For improving your ability to speak in English, it is better to speak and learn rather than going through the theories of improving communication skill. You can talk to your friends and family members. It may cause some difficulty in the initial stages and It may not be as easy as it is suggested but in the long run, this will definitely improve your communication skill.

In Kerala there is no Entrance Examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations. Some Institutions make use of the score of MAT (Management Aptitude Test of All India Managements Association) for their MBA Admissions. Universities conduct their own admission test in some cases. In Tamil Nadu, MBA admissions are usually regulated through an Entrance Examination TANCET(Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test). Some institutions may be using other methods of selection also. You will have to watch out for the notifications. No date for 2009 TANCET has been announced so far.
