This is a very general question. The number of courses available in Science and Engineering are numerous. The scope of the subject depends on whether you look at it from the employment perspective or higher education perspective. Every course has its importance and so it is the taste of the candidate that matters. If the candidate can complete the course well, any course is a good one and will help you in getting a job.
Dear Sir
My daugther is studying here in Kuwait on 10th Std - CBSE. Not its time to select the subject for her 11th Std. She wish to take the group which includes Science and Infomatic Science. As she wants to select Infomatice science instead of Maths, what other fields she could choose after 12th other than medical field?
I appreciate recieving your valuable advice.

It is doubtful if you will get a subject combination with Informatics as a subject, at the Plus Two level. Usually courses in Informatics are offered at the PG level only. For example, there is a PG Course M.Sc Informatics at Delhi University. You can take up Informatics course after doing a science course at Plus Two or Degree level. If you take Mathematics at Plus Two level, there is a variety of options after Plus two depending on the taste of your ward.

I am an MCA graduate from Kerala University. I would like to pursue teaching profession in Chennai.
Kindly tell me whether any University allows students, without teaching experience, to take up B.Ed. thru correspondence course. I do not have any prior teaching experience, though I have worked in an IT MNC for 3 years.

As of now, it is based on a Common Admission Test conducted by the University. It was not based on AIEEE or JEE. The Plan for 2009 has not been announced so far. You may have to wait for some more time.

The accounts are being settled by the office of the CEE. Students who had to get refund have started receiving it. You should be getting it in a few days, if not within one or two weeks.

Sir,
Can you tell me what is what is the procedure for admissions for b.arch cources in kerala govt. colleges . is it based on engineering entrance or by results of board exam? I know we have to write NATA(National Aptitude Test for Architecture) also .

As you said you will have to appear and pass in the NATA. This is the responsibility of the candidate. When the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) invites applications for the Kerala Entrance, you will have to apply for B.Arch Course. However, there is no entrance for the B.Arch course, conducted by the CEE. But application has to be submitted along with other candidates- those applying for Engineering and Medical Courses. The rank list for B.Arch admission is prepared by giving equal weightage for marks in NATA and in the qualifying examination. For details look in the Prospectus for 2009.
