For MSc Nursing at CMC Vellore, applicant should have minimum of one year of work experience after Basic B Sc (N) as on 30th April 2009 in any institution / hospital or as a full time Public Health Nurse.. So your daughter may not become eligible.

Only few seats are reserved in Tamil Nadu in the admission process conducted by Anna University. The minimum mark for open category is 55%

Upper Limit for Non-Creamy layer for OBCs is Rs.4,50,000/- The date for Central Scholarships for those who have passed State Board Exams has not been notified.

I have opted for mbbs management quota as last option and have got allotment.As per the notification the fee for management seat is 450000 ,but in my allotment letter t he fee to be paid is only 25000. is it a mistake or is it real.Please answer this question today itself

Dear Sir,
Our permanent residence is in a village While applying for AIEEE entrance Exam and as the student studying and residing with our relative in city can we use relative’s address in City for communication/mailing purpose.
Will this cause any trouble as village officer’s certificate (OBC) will not match with communication address shown in application...?

If the Village officer is convinced about your permanent residence, there should not be any problem on this. The Certificates generally certify that the individual/family ordinarily reside at a place. So if you have a temporary stay at a different place for study purposes, the address given for communication should not generally cause any problem later.

If you are in the final year of B.Com you can appear for the Preliminary Examination. If you qualify for the Civil Service (Main) Examination, you will be required to submit the proof of passing the Degree examination along with the application for the Main Examination which is to be submitted around July/August 2009. If it is not submitted you will not be admitted for the Main Examination.
