sir in the notification of central scholarship scheme, its said that the board will form a list of students and they will sent the forms themselves with in 5 weeks after the exam.for first year students its almost half semester over and no forms have been received(in my knowledge).

what is the next step to be taken by us sir??

If you are a Kerala Higher Secondary student, you can submit application till 15.1.2009. There is no list of eligible candidates formed in kerala. See http://www.collegiateedu.kerala.gov.in
My daughter is studying for xth on cbse syllabus. she is weak in mathematics .She cannot study this syllabus. So we are planning to take 9th std TC and change her to State syllabus. If there is any clause for theat, Kindly inform me. Thankyou

There should not be any problem generally for changing from CBSE to State stream after taking TC. Anyhow, you may contact the school Head where you propose to put your child under the state stream and ascertain the procedure involved, before taking the TC from the CBSE school.
Dear Sir,
I belong to SIUC Christian community and my wife a Latin Catholic. Transfer certificate of my daughter who had finished her ICSE shows caste as Latin Catholic. I understand that as per Govt directives, the caste of father should be followed by children. Since my daughter intends to appear for KEAM 2009,Is there any objection in this case if I declare my daughter's caste as SIUC christian? Kindly advice.

As per Prospectus of Kerala Entrance 2008, the caste certificate issued by the Revenue Authroities will be the basis of granting SEBC reervation to an applicant . The declaration of the parent will not be sufficient. For the rules of 2009, you will have to wait for the new Prospectus.

According to Wikipedia, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to explaining human behaviour, thought and communication which describes how people represent and communicate with the world.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming describes the fundamental dynamics between mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and the manner in which their thier interplay effects one's body and behavior (programming). The immediate option in the field of Psychology is to do an Under graduate course in Psychology.

For the time being, the prospects in the IT sector is not that bright as it was a few months back due to the econmic crisis all over the world. But all expect a recovery in due course. so be optimisitc. MCA graduates can get jobs in the IT sector mainly in the softrware sector.

Biotechnology is a research oriented subject. Biotechnology Graduates can get jobs in Universities and Colleges as well as at Research institutes and Departments having a reserach and analysis wing under the Government sector. As aperson working, you may not be able to do a regular course unless you take leave or resign the job. If so, there are number of Universities/Colleges in the country offering the course. But distance ducation may be the one that suits you. BE is offered a through distance mode at Thaper University, details of which can be had at http://tiet.ac.in/dde/index.php . Some of the IITs offer B.Tech in Aerospace Engineering. IITs at Bomby, Kanpur, Kharagpur and Madras offer this course. Aeronautical engineering is a part of aerospace engineering. Sathyabhama University Chennai has a B.Tech course in aeronautical Engineering. Visit http://www.sathyabamauniv.ac.in/ for more details. Indian Institute of Space Sciecne Technology, Thumba offers B.Tech with specialization in Avionics, Aerospace Engineering. See http://www.iist.ac.in/ . There are a number of Private Institutes running courses in Aeronautical Engineering. There is no standard fee structure for the course. It can be ascertained only from the concerned Institutes. The Aeronautical Society of India conducts the Associate Membership examination. Generally ratings are given by agencies based on the parameters they fix. So there is no rating that is accepted universally. Moreover, regular programmes are generally rated. So as such IGNOU's MBA may not be within the purview of ratings. The quality cannot be bad.
