If the copy of the SSLC of the candidate is given as proof of nativity , a corroborative evidence document is not necessary. But if you are giving the SSLC of your father or mother, then such a document is necessary. It can be copy of your passport or a birth certificate showing the name of the candidate and father/mother.

Sir,
How can get signed my application form ofr Central Sector scholarships form a Notary public, is there any notary publics in tripunithura area, and is it compulsory to send it through college authorities?

You have to search for Notary Publics at the place you are located. They are available at all places. Usually they put an identification as 'Notary Public' on their Boards. Get in touch with any advocate in that place.He/She should be able to help you. If you get the formalities completed, there is no harm in your taking the application to the designated place. But it may be better to send it through the institution.

You may have to verify the AIIMS Prospectus to know about the seat distribution for various categories as the information is not given in the Notification. At JIPMER, there were 14 Open seats in 2008 as per http://jipmer.edu/. The Propsectus for 2009 is not yet released. It is also understood that there was one seat reserved for OBC last year at JIPMER under All India Quota.

The scholarship scheme was introduced this year. As of now, it is available for those who completed the course in 2008. So accordingly, in 2009, it should be available for those completing the course in 2009. See the notification of 2009 to confirm.

Sir ,
Presently I am a first year B.tech student in a pvt. self financing college under govt. seat . Can I write KEAM 2009 ?

There is no restriction on the number of chances as of now. But if you wish to take a seat based on your KEAM 2009 result, you will have to vacate the seat held now and pay liquidated damages for that as per the Prospectus ruiles.
