Please specify the course you are interested in. IGNOU offers a large number of courses. Your desire cannot be idetified by just seeing the words 'open degree'. That is the reason why the webite address was given so that you can get the details of the courses you are interested from there.

It can be expexted any time in May/June 2009
i got 449 mark out of 500. in cbse science streem. so my % is 89.8. so it is round to 90%. in cbse website i saw for science stream 90% mark i s needed. so so is 89.8% round to 90%

If you are a CBSE candidate, and if you are eligible for the scholarship, you would have got the intimation by now from CBSE through the school where you did the course. Enquire in the school where you completed the course. There is no rounding of marks to the nearest integer it is understood.

It should be available in the office of the SDE or else, you can contact the academic section of the University. If there is a publication division for the University, it can be purchased from there if it is put for sale. You can also contact the counselling centre of the University in UAE in this regard. They should be able to help you.

We are not able to provide any reliable information of Universities offering M.Tech through Distance Education in Electrical Engineering. The present scenario is expected to change in due course. But how long it will last is anybody's guess. Construction activities will always be there. So you need not get worried over this situation.
