There are no major changes. No change in examination pattern. Income limit for SEBC reservation benefit has been raised to Rs.4,50,000/- . Nursing/Pharmacy/BPT/MLT courses have been excluded from the purview of entrance.
Sir, I would like to know about KUSAT Entrance Engineering exam date and application forms? My son would like to apply for Kusat(Cochin)B.Tech course. Pls give me the details at your earliest.

dear sir,
Iam a doctor in goverment services with 18 years of service .I have applied for a PG course under service quota( Insurance Medical service Quota-IMSQ). But also as my age is 50 i belong to the special section in IMSQ with limited number of seats. Could u please tell me which are the seats(specilisation and the number of seats for each) available to me as iam not able to understand it from the prospectus.Also could you tell me how i will be intimidated about further procedures like allotment? Is it done online now or should i have to go to trivandrum.Looking forward to a reply soon. Also, I would like to say this is an excellent initiative by mathrubhumi and also the expert panel is doing a wonderful job.Thanks in advance.

As per Annexure III of the Prospectus, 2009, 3 seats are reserved for IMS applicants under service quota for M.D. Anaesthesia, M.D. General Medicine and M.S. General Surgery. As per Annexure IV, for Diploma Programmes, 7 seats are reserved under IMS category. They are for Anaesthesia, Child Health, Clinical Pathology, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics and Public Health. The rank list In respect of service quota candidates will be prepared, as per clause VII of the Prospectus by the respective controlling officers. Again, as per the Prospectus, "The allotment to the courses for all categories other than the Medical Education Service Quota will be made through a Centralised Allotment Process. The CAP shall be made through personal appearance for which the candidates will be called in batches in the order of rank, and selection will be made according to the availability of seats for the subjects" See Clause XI (A) and XI (B) of Prospectus.
Dear Sir,
I want to know the criteria for issuing the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate issued from the Revenue depts.Whether DA also will be taken into account along with Basic Pay of govt.employees for calculating the Non-Creamy Layer.
Pls help me know the same

It is learnt that the income limit for SEBC has been enhanced to Rs.4.5 lacs per annum for KEAM 2009.I want to know whether this limit included Basic Pay only or Basic Pay+DA+HRA ?Kindly clarify

It includes Basic Pay and DA. HRA is not considered for this purpose.

You may not be able to do Training Courses of Universities of Kerala from Abu Dhabi. You can go for B.Ed and enter the teaching profession in schools. You can write NET in case you are qualfied and get the eligibility for teaching at the College level.
I wrote this letter inorder to know the fee strucher of the following courses
1. diploma in web designing and animation

2. java (including sun certification)
4. ccna (including cosio certification)
5. mcse (including ms certification)
also give info about the minimum qualification for studding these courses . Which one is apt for me ( a +2 student , aim to become a com eng.).is this course are possible to finish with in 4-5 months( then it will be easy to join after my +2 exam).

The fee for the courses you have mentioned depends on the duration of the course, the institute you are joining and several other factors. There is no standards rates fro these. For short term courses, the fee may not be as high as that for a long term course. Private institutes may charge more than a government institute. Then if you are planning to be a computer engineer, then you will have to join a B.Tech course in Computer Science & Engg after Plus Two.

Is the name of the examination .B.Sc? Admit cards of University examinations are distributed through the examination centres.
