As per Clause 5.2.17 of Prospectus 2009, the candidate has to produce copy of the Rashtrapathi Guide Certificate signed by the President of India and in the absence of it, that given by the DPI and State Secretary, KSBSG. If you have this she would be eligible.

When a Prospectus specifies certain conditions, it is uniformly applicable to all those who are interested in it. So if the Prospectus specifies that the course certificate should be obtained from the school last attended, it has to be done that way. If not, you will have to face the consequences. If your child does not have any reservation benefit, the form available in the website can be downloaded and used. You can ask one of your friends in UAE to download that form and get the necessary certificate in it for you and then send it to you. It should not be a problem in this age when you can send materials very fast between two places. This is only a suggestion to sort out the issue.

Initially you will have to make the reference with your name. Once the form is received in the CEE office, they might assign the number and also host the same in the website. So visit the CEE website for knowing the latest position.

In previous years, MES Engineering College, Kuttippuram was a regular centre. Others (those colleges where B.Arch is offered) were centres for short spells only. The availability of other centres in Kerala changes. Anyway a clear picture of this year's NATA centres in Kerala will emerge soon.

There is no problem if the guardian of the candidate signs in the Application form to be submitted to the CEE. Regarding the request for Income Certificate, it is to be decided by the revenue authorities whether the guardian can sign the request.

Hope your question relates to SEBC reservation. There is nothing like non-creamy layer for KEAM. Those belonging to categories included in the SEBC list as per the Prospectus and whose annual family income does not exceed Rs.4,50,000/- are eligible for SEBC reservation. This income limit for SEBC reservation is applicable to applicants having employed as well as unemployed parents.

In the KEAM application it is asked to submit self attested copy of the document of nativity- of parent if used. Who has to attest it- the parent or the candidate? Also if the parent is a D.Pharm holder, is the educational qualification Pre-degree or Professional education? To mention occupation of parent is 'salaried person' sufficient or has to mention the occupation like pharmacist or medical representative if he working in private firm?

As per the instruction, "candidate should submit self-attested photocopy of any one of the following certificates" for claiming Kerlaite Status. So the candidate can attest the certificate.- of the candidate as well as that of the parent. The information regarding educational qualification of parent, occupation of parent etc are for statistics purposes only. So you can give any reasonable answer. D. Pharm is a qualification that leads to a Profession and hence the course can be termed as a Professional education. Similarly, you can include your father under'other salaried person'
