You have to apply to the University in Kerala in the prescribed form and get an eligibility certificate. If one of the Universities in Kerala has accepted the course as equivalent to a course of the University, then the PSC also accepts it. Contact the academic section of one of the Universities.

My son has just completed his +2 course(CBSE). His date of Birth in the X th certificate is different from that in the Birth Certificate. How can I get it corrected?
Posted by Dr. S. Jayakumar, Alappuzha On 02.04.2009

As per information available, "No change in the date of birth once recorded in the Board's records shall be made. However, corrections to correct typographical and other errors to make the certificate consistent with the school records can be made provided that corrections in the school records should not have been made after the submission of application form for admission to Examination to the Board". Anyway you please contact the School where your ward did the course and see if anything can be done at this stage.
