The eligibility for Medical admissions is 50% in Biology and 50% in Biology, Chemistry and Physics taken together at Plus Two examination. In Kerala, selection to Medical Courses is based on marks in the Entrance Examination as of now. You will have to get a good rank say around 500 to get an MBBS seat in a Government Medical college in kerala under State Merit. Systematic preparation is the key to success in any examinatioon. If you prepare well you can score high marks in Entrance. Since high marks can be scored in Biology paper, you must put in some extra effort for this paper. Place of study may not matter if you preapre well.

You have not specified if you are a student or not. If you are a student, the National Service Scheme is there in Colleges for you get enrolled and wrok for the society. They organise various Programmes for the betterment of the community and are engaged in handling social issues. There are other organisations in Colleges, like the 'Human Values Club', 'National Cadet Corps' etc. If you are not a student, you may have to look for some Non-Governmental organisations where you can work. Please clarify.
