The number of seats at Amrita is limited when copmpared to that available for allotment through COMEDK. That means, you will have to get a very good rank to get allotment to Amrita.

This is with reference 2 the answer given by u 4 my question on 11th may. The KU s3 xams was on dec and the announcement of result was 2day.The exam that is supposed 2 be held on 15th june is the supplimentary exam. Kindly note this correcton. Thank you 4 ur response.

You are correct. The exam of S3 to be held in June is the Supplementary. Thanks for pointing out this.

presently i'm doing first year engineering course in a pvt self financing college. i had applied for writing keam 2009 . But we are having university exams going on now and there is a exam one of the dates of entrance exam ( may 26). what should i do ?? attend the university exam or entrance exam ? ?

Both are important as far as you are concerned. If you skip the University Exam, you get an arrear paper, If you skip the Entrance Exam, you may be losing a chance to better the rank that you got in the previous year and there by losing the chance for a better college/course allotment in 2009. Moving to another branch or College based on KEAM 2009 means, you are losing another year which may not be desirable. There is a risk element if you take KEAM. If you do not better the rank, you may decide to continue in the present college, which means you get an arrear paper. So take a decision after considering all the aspects. If the risk factor is considered, finishing B.Tech at the earliest would be desirable- means go for the University exam. Any way final decision should be yours. Good luck !

Petroleum Engineers can find jobs in the areas of Oil & Gas Exploration, Instrumentation & Control, Drilling & Reservoir Engineering and Management. The main providers of employment would be the Oil Companies. This is an inevitable sector and hence needs qualified personnel.

No one can give a definite time limit for declaration of the re-valuation result. You should be lucky if it comes in a month's time if the authorities feel that one is to be benefited by the revaluation. Let us hope it comes fast.

Candidates with 45% marks for Plus Two with PCM can apply for Health Inspector Diploma Course. There are 2 Govt and 13 Self-financing Institutions in kerala offering this course. Crescent Charitable Society Educational Trust, Chandanathoppu, Kollam offers this course as per information available.
I was a student of M.Tech (IT) of AAIDU. I had completed the first semester and had cleared exam appeared for Semester -I exam on last August 2005. I was attached to the study centre M/S Kuttukkaren Institute , Ernakulam , Kerala. I beg your valued time and give me answer the following queries ?

(1) Whether M.Tech(IT) course of AAIDUs is approved by UGC ?
(2) Can I complete the course thourgh AAIDU or any other university ?
(3) Since M/s Kuttukkaren Institute does not guide me which AAIDU center should I contact in Kerala or outside Kerala to continue my studies ?
(4) Can you please provide me contact address/phone nos (preferably mobile numbers) of AAIDU official to clarify my doubts ?

AAIDU is a Deemed University having UGC approval. Your issue can be sorted out by the University only. Each University will have certain rules and regualtions for candidates who discontinue a course offered by them. The link http://www.aaidu.org/Colleges/coll_EnggTech.htm gives the details of the Dean of Engg of the University and his contact details. You try to get in touch with him and discuss the matter. He shoudl be able to guide you. Be optimistic.

Courses in Astrophysics in India are available at PG/Research level. For this you will have to complete Physics B.Sc with a good score. Then you can try for PG. There are several Institutions offering courses at PG level in this or related subjects. Good luck.
