As per Prospectus of 2008, Candidates who have secured M.Com Degree with not less than 45% marks alone are eligible for admission to the B. Ed. Course in Commerce. SEBC applicants get a relaxation of 3 % marks. So as per 2008 Prospectus, you having 48%, are eligible for admission to B.Ed. See the Proepctus of 2009 if you planning for admission in 2009.

The number of colleges offering Engg Courses and B.Arch courses are numerous to list out here. As a Keralite, you may not be able to get admission in Tamil Nadu through the Govt selection. See the Anna University site for the details of elgibility for admissions in Tamil Nadu. You may have to go for the Managemet seats in Colleges in Tamil Nadu then. There are several polytechnics in Kerala where you can do Diploma Programmes. The full list is available at http://www.tekerala.org/intt.html

If you have completed the course satisfying all the requirments like attendance etc, you need to appear for the examination. Since you have not taken the examination on completion of the course, you need to take permission to re-appear for the exam for which, you will have to contact the Principal of the College first and get the details including the procedure. Start form there. The head of the Institution will guide you on this. Usually the maximum time permitted to complete the course is 6 years.
