You have to apply to Entrance Commissioner Kerala for being considered for B Arch admission, You can apply by 5 pm on 20.5.2019 at www.cee.kerala.gov.in

BArch rank list is prepared by giving equal weightage for plus 2 mark a d NATA score. Both will be taken out of 200. This rank list is used for Admission to all allotments by Entrance Commissioner. BArch degree in Colleges in Kerala has PSC approval..

In Kerala it is based on mark in Plus 2. Admission is made by LBS centre for Science and technology. They will invite applications soon.

If you take the course having Physics, Chemistry and Biology also, you can appear for Medical entrance examination.

Admission chances cannot be assessed based on mark. You have to wait for the rank you get in NEET.
