For admission through Kerala entrance, you have to score the minimum marksin qualifying exam, may be through regular or supplementary examinations. You have not mentioned the stream to whcih you belong.
I have completed my plus -two science with 97% marks .I want to take a career as an engineer.I want to know more about the engineering courses ,their scope,job oppurtunities, the average salary.My favourite subject is biology and I am interested in research.can you suggest me a suitable course.

Are you from Bio Maths group? If you have deep interest in Biology you may opt Biotechnology. So far as Biotech is concerned, BSc is better than BTech. But to cope with your ambition take BTech Biotech. Before joining for a course what is the use of telling you about the future prospects and salary , especially in this period of global recession?

It was around 2275 in 2008 in Medical for a mark of 517. It need not happen like this in 2009.

I have passed Plus 2 exam of science group in 2009 March exam but I could not get a good score in Mathematics. Can I re-appear for the Maths exam on 2010 March exam?

Your stream or Grades are not mentioned. For Higher Seconary Kerala, there is SAY Exam for which "Candidate who attended Higher Secondary Examination for the first time and attained D+ or above grade for all six subjects at the Higher Secondary Examination, March 2009 are eligible to appear for improvement of grade of any one subject" , Last date for applying is over for 2009.
my son wrote AIEEE 09 FOR B. ARCH/ B.PLANNING. His rank in all india ranking is12769 category 8894 state rank is 525 category362. we are of forward caste and not got resevation.

478 was the medical rank of the candidate who got 693 marks in medical entrance of 2008. This year's mark & rank pattern need not be the same as that of 2008. Last year, candidates with this rank got MBBS in Govt Medical Colleges.

I am a first year B.Tech (Computer Science) student.I have already written exam for two subjects and other 8 are going to be on coming days.Due to my illness I fail to do well and i prefer to right only the last paper.I have heard that there is a provision for cancellation of exam.But i cann't find any details about it on Kerala University website.Can you provide some information about this? Is it possible to cancel only for some subjects or is the examination is cancelled as a whole? How many chances i will get if i cancel an examination? Will my next appearance will be considered as supplimentary?What is the time limit forapplying for cancellation?

The conditions applicable to you may vary depending on the University where you are doing the course. So get in touch with the Public Relations Dept of your University.

It is around 1700 for MBBS and 200 for BDS. In 2008, in the first round, there were 1686 MBBS seats and 192 BDS seats. There may be variations this year. It will be notified before the counselling starts.
My son has done +2 with PCM SCORE 69 and not confident of clearing entrance. He has desired to join SRM Chennai - Automobile Engg. Will it work out and if so at what cost?

Why not if he is confident of doing well. The fee for Automobile Engineering is Rs.1,50,000 per year as per http://www.srmuniv.ac.in/admission.php?page=tuition_fees_domestic

In 2008 the mark around 547 for Medical had a rank around 1900. It need not be the same this year.
