You can go throuh the last ranks of 2008 at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/FinalPhase/lrank_221008.pdf and see which colleges, students preferred among the colleges under CEE allotment. NIT Calicut is preferred college but its allotment is through AIEEE.

Medical rank in 2008 was around 2275 for this mark of 517 .It need not be the same in 2009.
Is their value for iit-jee ranks and aieee ranks in kerla cee for getting colleges?

IIT JEE Ranks and AIEEE ranks are not considered for allotments through CEE in Kerala
I am getting 260 mark in kerala cee-2009, what would be my expected rank?

Hope your question relates to Engg. In 2008, a mark of 260 for Engg had a rank around 4675. It need not be same in 2009.

If you are refering to the list of candidates allotted College wise, there is no such list published officialy. In Kerala, the list of candidates admitted for MBBS is usally published college wise and is available at www.cee-kerala.org.
I have got a aieee rank of about 52000 and state rank of 1937.will i get an admission in any of the colleges under the CCB

You can go through the closing ranks of AIEEE 2008 based admissions Institution wise at http://aieee.nic.in/ccb2009/ORCR09/stream.htm to get an idea of the position of 2008 and then make an assessment.

In 2008, this mark of 320 for Engg had a rank around 2500 which need not happen this year.

the ranking, in the opening and closing for institution wise ranking, in aieee ( home state quata ) is state rank or all india rank.

You expect 66% marks means around 634 marks. This mark had a rank around 925 for Medical in 2008. It need not be like that this year. Candidates with Medical rank up to 1070 got a Government seat under SM for MBBS in 2008.
