Candidate with this mark for Engg got a rank around 750 in 2008. It need not be the same in 2009.

As per the information available at http://mohfw.nic.in/medical_counselling.html, candidate with rank UR 2567 was the last to have got allotment in Govt Medical College in Kerala in the extended 2nd round on 12.9.08. However, candidates up to UR 3541 got allotment for BDS in Kerala. The position can be different this year.
i got 480 in med eng 2009. my + 12 cbse mark is 92.33 in pcb. Is there any chance to get admission in govt / private medical colleges

A mark of 480 for Medical had a rank around 2900 in 2008. The last ranks admitted for MBBS in 2008 can be seen at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/round3/last_rank_210908.pdf (SF) and http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/round4mmmd/last_rank_270908.pdf (Govt/Govt Supported)

It was around 558 in 2008.

The rank was arounf 50500 for a mark of 50 in Engg in 2008. It need not be like this in 2009. The last ranks of Engg admissions in 2008 in Govt colleges is given at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/FinalPhase/lrank_221008.pdf, You may go through it. The Medical rank for a mark of 576 in 2008 was around 1500. It need not be like this in 2009.

The Engg rank for mark 236 in 2008 was around 5950 which need not be the same this year.
MSc.physics(regular) from annamalai
university is approved in kerala?

You can hope for a rank around 850 for a mark of 640 in Medical Entrance if the pattern of 2008 continues without any change this year also. However, it need not be like that.
