My AIPMT rank is given as
category rank - 3392 (OBC - 1031).
Which rank should I consider for counselling? I am qualified in waiting list & eligible for UR & UR(OBC) seats. What does this mean? Is there separate ranking for OBC & should I go for first Round of counselling?

The rank to be considered is UR and OBC ranks
My daughter secured 579 makrs medical stream in 2009. Pls tell me expected rank the same in 2008.

Medical rank for a mark of 579 was around 1450 in 2008. It need not be the same in 2009.
My rank in Cusat is GEN 17286 & OBH 842. What is the chance of getting an admission for Mec. Engg?

My AIEEE rank is 161943 & category rank is 40549.Also state level rank is 7961 & state level category rank is 3391.Iam an OBC candidate.Will I get seats in any of the NITs?

The rank for mark 507 in Medical stream in 2008 was around 2450. It need not be the same in 2009.

Engg Rank was around 3830 in 2008 for a mark of 280. It need not be the same in 2009.
My state rank in AIEEE overal keral quota is 1412 and general is 902 for B.Tech and in Keral overal rank is 762 and general 399 in B.Arch.
Will I get admission to any of the NITs. If so can u plz specify which.?

The closing ranks of 2008 given in terms of All India Rank is available institution wise for 2008 at http://aieee.nic.in/ccb2009/ORCR09/stream.htm. Please go through it.
