sir,
i am having 252 marks this year for kerala entrance and my approximate rank as per last year is around 5100.whether i could get a better rank this year than last year's rank.

This will depend on the overall perfomance of students who took the concerned entrance. If the exam was tough when compared to that of 2008, this mark may fetch you a better rank than that in 2008. If it was easier, it would be the other way round. Any way wait for a few more days to see the outcome.
I got 113 rank in marine engineering in cusat entrance exam in OBH category and 561 in other b tech course in OBH category.Is there any chance for admission in colleges?

The last ranks of 2008 admissions of CUSAT are not offcially published to make an assessment.

Candidate with this mark of 380 for Medical in 2008 got a rank around 5160 in 2008. It can be different this time. Last ranks for B.VSc & AH in 2008 can be had at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/FinalPhase/lrank_221008.pdf

Engg rank was around 7200 for a mark of 218 in 2008. This can be different this time. See the last ranks of 2008 allotments at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/FinalPhase/lrank_221008.pdf and http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/round2/last_rank_P2_310808.pdf to make an assessment

Wait till results come, to know your actual rank. Last year a Medical rank of 1070 got Govt seat for MBBS in SF College. Candidates in this rank range got BDS last year in SM in Govt Medical Colleges.
Sir,
1.Is there any increase in MBBS seats in Govt Medical college and Self financing Medical colleges in kerala.
2. Is there any benefit in selecting AIPMT seat or central institute seat over kerala seat cosidering PG course after MBBS.

As of now, the availability of seats for 2009 is not clear. If you are a Keralite, there is no special benefit in selecting AIPMT seat or central institute seat over kerala seat for PG course after MBBS.
