The last candidate allotted under Open Category (AI) and Open Category (Home State) for B.Atrch at NIT Calicut in 2008 had All India Rank 524 and 1191 resepctively. Attend the counselling process and see the chances.

Engg rank was around 3250 for a mark of 296 in 2008. It need not be the same in 2009.

REPLY: The original migaration certificate should be valid. As per http://www.cbse.nic.in/faq/dup.htm "Migration certificate is issued only to those candidates who have passed an examination of the Board or to those who have been placed in compartment in order to enable them to seek admission for a further course of study."

You need not apply for a new migration certificate.
I came to know that there is no state quota for aieee exam next year..Is it correct???And I would like to repeat after joining an Engineering college.Is that possible???

There is no information about the removal of state quota for AIEEE from next year. You can write the exam next year subject to the numbr of chances permitted and the rules and regulations of 2010 examination.

Could you plz. let me know the last ranks after the FIRST round of allotment of KEAM-medical -in the 5 govt. med. colleges in 2008 or 2007?

Engg rank was around 1530 for mark 366 and medical rank was around 1145 for mark 608 in 2008. It can be different this year.
