I didn't get any reply for my previous Question. Sir, which would be a better option for a BTech (Electronics & Communication) graduate? M.Tech or MBA. Please reply me sir.

First you decide your career goal. If you are interested in continuing in Engineering fileld, you may choose M.Tech. If you are interested in Management, go for MBA. This is a critical juncture and your decision is gojng to shape your future. One cannot say which is better of the two. An MBA will not siut a person who has no interest on the mangement side. You must evaluate your career goals and see what suits your career better. You will be rewarded in terms of placements irrespective of the fact that you have chosen MBA or M.Tech provided you are employable.

Rank was around 23350 for Engg for a mark of 108 in 2008. It need not be same in 2009.
what is the diff: b/w electronics & communication,electronics & electricals,and electronics and instrumentation ?

Electronics and Communication Engineering deals with the principles of electronics, design etc. It discusses the elements of electronic components and circuits.The Communication part deals with Analog and Digital communication (AM/FM in Radio), Television, Transmission of signals through telephones, network etc.

Electrical and Electronics Engineering is the branch which deals with production, distribution, maintenance of power. This includes the study of machines and components involved in the above. Electrical machines are controlled and monitored by electronic devices. So this branch includes topics in electronics also.

Electronics & Instrumentation Engg provides knowledge and skills in understanding and applying instrumentation to measure precisely, record and control process variables (such as flow, temperature, level and pressure). Instrumentation is the branch of science that deals with measurement and control. An instrument is a device that measures or manipulates variables such as flow, temperature, level, or pressure. One studies concepts in Electronics also in this branch.

Engg rank was around 1910 for mark of 346 and Medical rank was around 1230 for a mark of 600 in 2008. It can be different this time.
sir,i got 67% in kerala medical entrance exam.if i fail to get in to number of seats available. i think i can join any self financing college in management qouta.if so is there any condition more for it and which are the best colleges?

You can know your rank on Monday. See the last ranks of MBBS admissions of 2008 at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/round3/last_rank_210908.pdf and http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/FinalPhase/lrank_221008.pdf and make an assessment of your . The rules for admission to Management seats are governed by the Prospectus issued by them You have to act as per that. For knowing the demand for colleges in the CEE allotment see the last ranks. Colleges where seats get filled up fast are those in demand.

Medical rank was a round 2175 for a mark of 523 in 2008 KEAM. It can be different this time. For admissions to Management seats, you will have to apply to the management concerned.

Computer Science deals generally with computer hardware and software while IT mainly deals with the management of information using computers. There will be some common papers for both the branches.
