There is no college offering this branch in Kerala as of now.
My Niece got 14503 rank in Engineering and 11805 in Medical. She is in General category. Can she get admission in Engineering college for EC. Or which branch can she hope?

You have to get 50% marks in Entrance for MBBS/BDS admisisons. Moreover, no candidate with this rank had got BDS in 2008 .See the last ranks of BDS admission under Govt quota at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/allt/round4mmmd/last_rank_270908.pdf

In 2008, candidates with rank up to 2400 got EC at NSS in the last allotment. Please see the last ranks of 2008 admissions at http://www.mb4education.com/static/downloads/LROCT2208.pdf in this portal.

General rank once assigned is final. But those having a particular reservation (like Muslim reservation in your case) will be grouped into a category and the position of such candidates in that catregory will be publsihed as a category list. This will come out in few days. Wait for that.
