Polytechnics condcut three year Diploma courses. You can get jobs based on the Trade you have chosen. You can join B,Tech after that through Lateral Entry.

They are not comparable. One is a 3-yera Degree course while the other is a 4 year Progessional Degree COurse.

Candidates with this rank have not got admission for MBBS under MU category in Govt or Self-financing Colleges in 2008. I have a medical rank of 6311 and i have claimed for SEBC reservation under the category BH.Will i have a rank within 6310 under the categorylist,or else,what will be my rankrange?when will be the categorylist published?

Your position/number in category list for BH will certainly be below 6310 since the category list of BH will contain only those candidates with BH benefit. It will be published in a week or so. See the CEE site regularly.
