Students with degrees in photonics can get jobs in National Research Laboratories and industries such as telecommunications, nanotechnology, lasers, optical materials, radiation treatment, and medical imaging.

You can get a 'Duplicate Admit Card' from the office of the CEE by sending a request adressed to the CEE along with a DD of Rs.100/- drawn in favour of the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, payable at Thiruvananthapuram. See Note below Clause 11.4.7 of the Prospectus 2009.

There is a seperate rank list for admission to BAMS course. This is prepared by giving a weightage of 10 marks to thsoe who have studied Sanskrit at Plus Two level. It will be added to marks in medical Entrance. For thsoe who have not studied Sanskrit, their marks in Medical Entrance will be considered for preparing this rank list. It will be published shortly. In 2008, candidates in this rank range got govt seat for BDS. The General Rank list will not change. Category list of various categories like EZ, MU,.. will be published seperately. A category list will show the position of a candidate belonging to a cateogry among all the candidates of that category included in the rank list, based on the entrance rank.
sir my daughter has engineering rank 23543 and have ezhava reservation.In which order i should prefer cources so as to get allotment.

Courses/Colleges are to be opted in the order of your child's preference. Wherever you place an option to a college/course, your child's chances for that will be considered before considering the chance for the same option of a lower ranked candidate. So it is your preference that matters. Getting an allotment depends on various factors including the rank and availability of seats.
my med rank is 9859.i belong to sc catagory.will i get admission in agriculture/fisheries/forestry.please tell me more about these courses.

Last rank under SC category for Fisheries in 2008 was 11653, that for forestry was 11094 and that for Agriculture was 9611.

Forestry is the science related to forests, managing forests,plantations, and related natural resources.The B.Sc Forestry course covers areas such as agro forestry and social forestry, agronomy, biochemistry, economics, entomology, environmental forestry, extension education etc. B Sc Fisheries course covers areas such as aquaculture, fishery biology, processing technology, fishery hydrography, fishing technology, fishery engineering and management studies.

CUSAT and KEAM Seat allotment registration has not commenced. But AIEEE seat allotment process has started. You will have to register at http://aieee.nic.in/ccb2009/AieeeCouns09/rlogin.aspx
