whether Tamilnadu engineering certificate is eligible to get job under kerala gov.(admission to engg under tn gov is based on the cutt off marks of +2 and no entrance examination.).please clarify.

The approval of the course is that matters and not the method of admissions.
I got 3846 th position in the engineering entrance list . Is there is any chance to get mechanical branch in any govt. colleges. I have not any reservation

Last rank under SM for ME in 2008 in Govt/Aided Colleges was 3700. You can see the last ranks of 2008 allotments at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/LRANK_2008A.pdf Anyway try your chances by registering options and participating in the online allotment process.

Clause 13.3.(h) of the Prospectus for Admission to Professional Degree Courses, Kerala, 2009, speaks about the checking of the physical standards in respect of candidates allotted to B.Sc (Forestry)

The Prospectus does not specify any restrictions on the number of attempts permitted for GATE. See the link http://gate.iitm.ac.in/gate2009/

Nobody knows what is happening in CUSAT. The category list should have been published before commencement of Allotment process. Anyway, give options to courses and colleges. As per the allotments principles, you will have to be considered for a seat by taking into consideration all your eligible reservations.
