My Son's Kerala Engg Entrance merit rank is 25072 and Ezhava list, rank is 4309. As per the Ezhava community rank, is there any possibility to get admission in any Govt or Govt self financing college for ECE/CE/EEE branches. In 2008 candidate with this rank having EZ reservation have not got allotment as per the last ranks available at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/LRANK_2008A.pdf It can be different this time. Anyway, take part in the allotment and see how it turns out.

There is no official grading of colleges available. One way of identifying the better colleges is by looking at the student preferences. If you go through the last ranks of 2008 you will get some idea on the student preferences. Faster the seats in a college gets filled, greater is the demand for the college. Is it a mistake that has come only in the Plus Two mark list or is it a mistake that has come in the official records. This has to be known to proceed further. If there is a mistake in the Plus Two mark list only, the Directorate of Higher Secondary Education has to be approached. But if it is in the SSLC itself, it has to be rectified through the Parreksha Bhavan following the procedure involved.
I wuold like to know the fee refund rules of deemed universities established under section 3 of UGC act if cancels the provisional admission.

Each University/Institution has its own rules and procedure. You will have to verify this with the Institution concerned.

Sir Iam belongs to OBH category and when the cusat online allotment start i made a mistake about my category i give Yes in Are you OEC student and it submitted.But when i again open my name and category are published in that link.Is there any problem in reservation?

What is the category being displayed now? Is it OEC or OBH. In case of any differece you may try to contact the admission wing at the numbers 0484-2862113 or 0484-2862256

In 2008, the last allotment under BX in any category of colleges under Govt allotment was to rank 1832. Anyway you give options and see. Also go through the last ranks of 2008 at http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/LRANK_2008A.pdf
I saw a newspaper report, that UGC is going to stop the off campus and study centers of all universities in outside of their respective state. If itso, will AMU stop their plan to establish off campus in Malappuram and one more, can we learn through distance mode from universities which is on outside our state

What you have mentioned is about private/deemed universities and not regular statutary universities. All these reports are now available in this portal itself. Click on the News link and go to 7or 8 pages back. AMU is not a private or deemed varsity. But now another problem arises. The central govt is going to implement the Yashpal panel report which recommends the scrapping the regulatory bodies like UGC,AICTE,MCI etc. Let us see what happens.

Is the category wise allotment in KEAM,only after completion of merit allocation?please explain the allotment procedure.

The allotments start with State merit seats. When they are exhausted, the candidates having reservation benefits will be allotted to the reserved seats. If a candidate having reservation benefit , becomes eligible for a State merit seat, the candidate will be allotted in the merit seat.
