sir, cusat trial allotment is out..should i wait for the final allotment ? my rank is 4224 and i belong to bh category..is there any hope of me getting a seat there ?

We cannot give you an assurance in this regard. At the same time there are chances of getting admission if the allotted (not trial) students do not turn for admission . Be optimistic. All the best.
By attending kerala entrance examination (engineering)..i secured ,state rank - 28255,and community rank-4903. I want to know wheather i'am eligible to get a seat in an any of the government colleges

By simply mentioning "a seat " we hope that you will be satisfied with any branch if allotted. Chances are there to get a seat if you belong to reserved category. You did'nt mention the exact category, and therefore a clearcut answer becomes difficult.

iam nw doing mbbs 4th yr,i am married.i am very much interested to try for ias and i am sure i will get it,iam preparing well for that,but my husband says will be difiicult for our children in the future,he is an engineer,my mom says he is saying so may be becoz of ego and will be a problem in the future. but i dont think so,he is very much understanding and he is very supportive in all my curriculum activities.

If your husband is very understanding as you mentioned and if you are so confident that you can try and win the civil service, try to convince your husband slowly about it and proceed. Take it a challenge and work hard , not diluting from your medicine studies. Children won't be a hurdle in your way, if taken in the real sense. Not only your husband, you too may be having "ego" to an extent. Understand it and proceed accordingly with a positive mind. All the best.

Which admissions you mean? Kerala , Cusat or any other? For Kerala it was online and for Cusat not so .( it was by personal appearance).

In Kerala, in 2008, admissions though KEAM was internet based.

You have to register options and participate in the seat allotment process to know about the chances of allotment. If you are thinking about the chance of allotments based on trends of 2008, remember that the outcome of 2008 need not repeat in 2009. However go through the last ranks of 2008 to get an idea of the pattern of admissions in 2008, at the link http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/LRANK_2008A.pdf According to this the last allotted candidate at TCR for CE under EZ category has rank 7932

You have to take part in the allotment process by registering options to know your chances for admission this year. The last ranks of 2008 will give an idea of the allotments of 2008 It is given at the link http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/LRANK_2008A.pdf In 2008 candidates in SC category having this rank had got allotments in Govt/Aided Engineering Colleges.

In all courses, from the mandatory quota seats, 8% seats are reserved for SC category. The mandatory quota will be arrived at after excluding the Nomination seats, Reciprocal seats, PH seats, Special Reservation seats etc. The correct number will be announced at the time of CAP.
