For Management seats in Private SF Colleges, you will have to approach the Colllege concerned directly. The colleges are filling the seats individully.
Is there any chance to get admission for B. Tech in Electronics and Communication under govt. quota in govt colleges in Kerala ? My rank in the engineering list is 13377 in the Kerala entrance in 2009.(general merit)

You will have to register options and see the chances. However, you can see the patterns of admissions in 2008 by going through the last ranks of 2008 available at the link http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/LRANK_2008A.pdf According to that, the last allotment for EC in SM in Govt /Aided Colleges went to Rank 3648. TYhings can be different this year.
My sister has got 24320 in KEAM 2009. She would like to get Civil Engg. As per last rank details in 2008 she will not get admission in any engg college in govt seat. In the present scenario of more seats available in the current year will she get admission in any engg college in a govt seat?

The availability of seats for allotment by CEE is not yet finalised. It would be known by the time CAP commences. If there is an increase in seats, some more students should get allotment under Govt quota as compared to those of 2008. Anyway register options and participate in the CAP
Sir,
I want to know Sree Budha Engineering College (SBC) in Nooranad, Pattor, Alleppy Dist, is approved for self Finance College govt. allotment this year?

Suppose received one seat in any one of the branches govt.fees Rs.35000/- per year, it should be paid every year or this will pay together for 4 years total Rs. 1,40,000/- one time in the beginning of admission ?

The Name of the college is there in the Prospectus of CEE for 2009. It had Govt Quota last year also. It should be there in Govt quota list this year too. Final list will come out in a few days time.

I have got 545 (merit) and 322(community) as per merit list of mar baselios engg college Trivandrum. Also I have got 191 merit rank at Marian engineering college. I have been asked to report at these colleges for admission on same day same time. I would like to know what are my chances at mar baselious so that i can decide if i should take risk of going for admision at baselios. kindly reply soon as my admission is on 9th july.

These are issues faced by many students in the state. The Colleges coming under the same association should have arranged the admission schedule so that the applicants can try their chances at different institutes. You may try to convince the authorities of the colleges of the inability to attend the allotment simultaneously at two places. Ask them if a representative can be authorised to attend the allotment at one of the colleges. These are the ways out. Unless you/representative attend the allotment, you cannot know your chances.

If it is for MBBS 50% marks in Entrance is needed.

The Plan of Examination for Civil Services preliminary/Main is available at http://www.upsc.gov.in/exams/notifications/csp2009/notcvl.htm#PageTop Fro preliminary, you have to take General Studies and an Optional subject which includes 'Medical Science' also. For the 'Main' exam, you have 9 papers of which 5 are common to all and then 4 papers, 2 each from the two optionals you choose. Details are there in the above link

One cannot predict the chances of allotment. You will have to register options and attend the seat allotment process to know whether you will get allotment or not. But you can have a general idea of the admission pattern of 2008 by going through the last ranks of 2008 available at the link http://www.cee-kerala.org/engmed/2008/LRANK_2008A.pdf According to this, candidates with this rank with MU reservation have not got allotment for BDS in Govt/Govt Controlled SF Dental Colleges in 2008 but have got allotment in Private SF Colleges under Govt quota in MU category. Things can be different this year. So take part in CAP.
