A detailed procedure that can be followed to do the option registration without much difficulty is given at http://mb4education.com/php/news_events_details.php?nid=11825&slinkid=2 in this portal. That should guide you. Still if there are any doubts you can get back. When you fill up all the options, you are actually expressing your willingness to accept any one of the available options. If that is your plan, there should be no problem. Once you get an allotment, you have to accept that, to continue in the process.
